Our vision

To be the most trusted builder of sustainable, lasting places to live and work in Africa, so that every structure we deliver is still standing, still performing and still loved long after we hand over the keys.

  • Generational. We build for the next 50 years, not the next handover.
  • Sustainable by default. Sustainability is the baseline of every specification, never an upgrade.
  • African in character. Our work responds to African climate, craft, culture and family life.
  • Human at the centre. A project succeeds only when the people inside it live better.

Our mission

To design and build durable, climate-responsive homes, workplaces and developments that protect the people who use them, respect the environment they stand in, and deliver lasting value to the clients who trust us.

  • Build it right, once. Correct specification, honest supervision and quality materials.
  • Design for real lives. We study how a family cooks, rests and gathers before we draw a line.
  • Respect the climate. Heat, humidity, rain, dust and unreliable power are design inputs from day one.
  • Source responsibly. Local materials and African craft first; certified or reclaimed timber; low-waste methods.
  • Stay accountable. Fixed scope, transparent pricing, clear timelines and aftercare.
  • Serve everyone, not just the few. Quality and sustainability within reach of families and large developments alike.

What we will not compromise on

These apply to a single bedroom and to a hundred-unit estate alike.

Durability

Structure, waterproofing, joinery and finishes chosen to survive heat, humidity, termites and heavy daily use for decades.

Sustainability

Passive cooling, natural light, efficient systems, low-waste construction and responsibly sourced materials in every project.

People first

Spaces planned around health, comfort, safety, dignity and family life, not photographs.

Integrity

Honest quotations, timelines and advice, including when the answer is to spend less or build differently.

Craft

Skilled hands, tight tolerances and finishes inspected before the client ever sees them.

Legacy

We build the way we want to be remembered: by work that is still good in 50 years.

Design direction: a living space composed around how people gather.

Beyond the roof

A roof is not a home. A building can be finished, handed over and still fail the people inside it: too hot at noon, too dark in the evening, too costly to run, too hard to maintain.

So before we design a space, we ask who will live in it and how their day unfolds. Residential, commercial or any other kind of construction, the method is the same: understand the life first, then design, build and finish to serve it.

  • The family home. A kitchen that handles real cooking, bedrooms that stay cool at night, bathrooms that stay dry, storage that keeps a household in order.
  • The workplace. Light, acoustics, airflow and layout that help people think and stay well.
  • The development. Shared spaces, circulation, security and services planned so a community works for decades.
  • The neighbourhood. Drainage, shade, greenery and materials that leave the surroundings better than we found them.

Sustainable and durable are the same thing

The greenest structure is the one that never needs to be rebuilt. Our standard starts from the real conditions of Nigeria and West Africa. Choose a condition to see how we design for it.

Mineral and natural finishes

Limewash, lime and clay-based plasters, natural stone and stone-effect porcelain that breathe in humid conditions.

Large-format porcelain

Fewer joints, easy cleaning and long life for floors, kitchens and bathrooms.

Responsible timber and bamboo

Certified, reclaimed or fast-renewing, properly treated and sealed.

Aluminium and tempered glass

Powder-coated frames and glazing that resist corrosion in hot, humid conditions.

Low-VOC paints and sealants

Healthier indoor air for families and workplaces.

Local materials and crafts

Supporting local industry and shortening supply chains.

African furniture, made for African living

Most imported furniture is designed for cold, dry, centrally heated homes. It warps, stains, traps heat and fails early here. We design and specify furniture for the climate it will live in and the culture it will serve: generous seating for family gatherings, easy-care surfaces for busy households, and warmth drawn from African craft.

A table for sharing: sealed solid hardwood, wipe-clean seating.
Timber framesDurable hardwoods such as iroko and teak, plantation-grown or certified, kiln-dried, sealed on all faces and treated against termites.
Natural fibresRaffia, cane, rattan, rope and seagrass for breathable seating, screens, lighting and baskets that stay comfortable in the heat.
UpholsteryHigh-resilience foam with breathable, stain-resistant, UV-stable performance fabrics and removable, washable covers.
African textilesAso-oke, adire, Akwete and printed cloth woven and dyed by African artisans for cushions, throws, headboards and accents.
Leather and metalNorthern Nigerian leatherwork, powder-coated or stainless steel, and brass-tone finishes that resist corrosion.
Stone and clayTerrazzo, stone-effect porcelain, concrete and hand-thrown pottery that stay cool and hard-wearing.

For developers: large units and multi-unit projects

Developers need consistency across every unit, certainty on cost and time, and a product that sells and keeps its value. We build our large-scale offer around exactly that.

How we work

Eight stages, each with a clear output the client can see and approve.

  1. Listen

How people will live or work in the space, the budget, and the long-term plans.

  2. Study site and climate

Orientation, sun, wind, drainage, structure and services assessed before design.

  3. Concept and visuals

Layouts, mood boards and 3D images, so you see the result before a block is laid.

  4. Specify and cost

A written specification and itemised quotation naming every material and system.

  5. Procure responsibly

Local suppliers and craftspeople first, with quality checks before materials reach site.

  6. Build and supervise

Programmed works, site reporting, and inspection of structure and waterproofing before covering.

  7. Finish and furnish

Joinery, wall finishes, lighting, furniture and styling installed to a snagging standard.

  8. Hand over and care

A walk-through, a maintenance guide, and aftercare once the keys change hands.
